Now, I am going to tell you about those features and specs that need to be considered while buying a curved monitor for CAD. I have seen many times in my life that people buy things without even knowing their specs and features.

This type of negligence causes a lot of problems when they once bought the thing and then say that they are not satisfied. Or the thing does not bring those benefits that they were expecting. 

In my opinion, it’s wise to know about the features and specs of the thing that we are going to buy, as it will help us to know about those specs that are necessary or that we want to work easily. Here are some requirements you should focus on when looking for the best monitor for CAD:

Resolution and Screen Size

With the advancement in time, everyone needs a screen that shows a clear image. Resolution means the number of pixels across the width and height of the image. The more pixels the clearer the image, and each and every small detail will be seen. 

So, the question is what should be the resolution of the monitor?

The simple answer is that the recommended monitor resolution is at least 1080P HD quality. But in markets the curved monitors with even 1440p or even 4k are available. You have to buy according to your budget. Because even 1080p can work for you.

Screen Size

The next thing that needs to be considered is screen size. Every one of us likes a greater display and in markets 34”, 49”, and many other sizes are available. Text and Line Distortion

Curved monitors are immersive at showing the pictures and graphics at the same time lines and text get distorted due to their curvature. So, this thing is considered as a negative point.

Viewing Angle Challenges

Flat screen is almost the same from all the sitting angles. But in the case of curved screens, you have to face viewing angle challenges. You have to sit in the center of the screen to have a good view.

Opening multiple windows and interfaces is not going to give you the same immersive experience. Because the display is split into two parts, the visuals after opening multiple windows are not the same.
